Actually, it is NOT legal. I am on the do not call list, so unless you are a charity, a poll taker, or I have done business with you before, you are NOT allowed to call me. This is unscrupulous and very annoying. I will tell all my friends not to use your company. By the way, you work THERE, not THEIR.
Not legit, it's a violation of the TCPA. In case you aren't aware: violation of this FEDERAL LAW by unsolicited phone calls and robocalls can cause the offender a minimum of $500 per violation. If I continue to receive these unsolicited calls, expect a complaint and a petition to be started documenting the continue harassment, in which a civil lawsuit can be filed. Bring it on [***].
