He said his name is Brian St...(couldn't hear). He said he is calling on behalf of a union and is looking for service providers for his government employees. He wants to send clients my way...He then changed his story that he is a volunteer and he is not local to me. I'm in the Los Angeles area. He is a volunteer calling on behalf of a union that wants to take care of their employees, like teachers and military  (WTF)??????
Me: Who asked you to make these calls so I can call them to verify your information.
Caller: I told you, I'm a volunteer. I don't work for them....
Me: Service providers need to be registered to treat government employees. I'm (we) are not registered to treat government employees. So why are you call me to treat government employees?
He hung up after going about this a few times.
