I Received the Same thing as you from 702-337-1367 on Mother's Day 05/14/2017 @ 10:00AM. There were other numbers listed too, & mine Included my Personal Name I have on my Phones. That alone Freaks me out!
I Blocked the Number Immediately for Texts & Phones Calls. Then, ran an Antivirus Scan Immediately!
I plan on Reporting this Person/Company to the BBB Scam Alert, Police Dept., State Attorney General's Office, & Any other Agency that falls into this SCAM Category.
So this is a real carpet cleaning service, there is no malware or viruses, however this is a shady business. When I called the number back and spoke to "Dan" he said that it's just a way to drum up business to text all the numbers he can in order... This is lazy marketing and as being an Advertising/Marketing Leason I feel I was disrespected when he spoke to me and hung up on me. This is the definition of predictory soliciting. I'm going to use my off time to let everyone know about the unlawful practices of this supposed company
I am so TIRED of unwanted solicitations. There should be some kind of action we can take. 3 years of reporting to the authorities has not slowed the process.
Dan needs to quit soliciting business on numbers that were NOT given to HIM!! Not a good way to get business!! He is annoying and was asked to stop!! Lose my number, yet he continues? RUDE!!
