Scammed is more like it. Calling on behalf of Experian Crédit Bureau. I was qualified to have ALL my credit card interest rates reduced. He couldn't verify my name even. Next I'm sure he would have wanted my ss# and date of birth .
Said he was calling from a company called Fiore. I had won a raffle. Said I filled out a ticket at Easter. Asked me if I remembered. I said no and he hung up.
