Got a call from Imagewrite just now. 702-330-5406. The lady said she represented "unions" and asked if we are taking on any new clients. I was confused and told her that we don't even have any employees here. She said that her clients are looking to come in here for personal wellness (we are a massage business). I was still confused about what she was trying to sell so I asked her to explain herself more. This made her angry. "You're not even listening to me!" she said, "If you can't listen to me then you are not going to listen to my clients, have a good day..." Then she hung up. Good riddance. Then I go on here and find out its all a scam...
I got a call from Kurt Bradley who claimed to be the Union Liaison for the State of California wanting to refer clients to a local psychologist. Sounds a lot like similar posts for CPAs and Realtors. I wonder if he's using the State licensing lists?
I just got a call from him today. He stated he wanted to refer union members to me. Ifelt suspicios immediately because as far as I know, I never saw a union employee in my practice. Then I discovered his number was a Nevada number even though he said he was calling from CA. This made me even more suspicious. I won't be calling him back.
I got a call from Kurt Bradley too at this number. he walked me through the website and showed me how to pay $240...a one time payment for 2 years of advertising on this unionsmart.org site. I've looked up unionsmart.org, uniontoday.org and imagewrite corp. I work with union members in my practice. they find me through insurance benefits or their local EAP. I can't tell if it's a scam but looks "iffy" enough to me.
