Called 3 times. No message. If I answer no one is there.

Keeps calling and not leaving a message. If I answer there isn't anyone there.

No answer if you pick up--Says they are calling for police fund if you call back-- sounds phony will report them to local district attorney

This number keeps calling but no one is there.

Repeated one/two ring calls, hang up when you answer.  I called back and the guy answered with "Hey, thanks for calling us back at the National Police Support Fund, this call is recorded..."
