Incoming call and I answered. Sounded like a bunch of people in the background, like when you butt dial someone. They hung up about 15 seconds later

Incoming call and I picked it up. A lady spoke with a lot of people in the background making calls too. The lady hanged up after I asked what is this for. either ignore it or have fun
