SCAM!! Do not speak. A person comes on and talks to you like you know him. Then asks if you can hear him OK so that you say "yes ", then they will record your "yes" answer and use it against you as if you gave them consent for charges or approval. He said he was from a generic "customer service department."
Second time I got this obnoxious recording. It's the usual delay from obvious telemarketer, followed by a woman's voice saying, "Hello? Hello? (pause) There appears to be something wrong with my headset..." then she goes on and on, ad infinitum about some BS resort destination where, "you have stayed in the past" as if she's really talking on the phone directly. The creep who designed this scam tactic needs to be incarcerated.
