I received a call from this number every 2 hours. I tried calling back and it is an ansering machine that asks for your name. They just call and do not leave a message.
Have had 5 calls in 2 hours with no messages. Called back once and got an answering machine asking for my name. Called back a second time and someone answered. I said, "And who is this"? and she said "Well actually".... then hung up!
