This number called me around 8pm last night. I hung up when I saw the ID, which said "SURV INFORMELEC". It was the third unwanted call I got yesterday, and last night I was hoping the manager would call me back about my malfunctioning smoke alarm.
Even if this is a legit survey, there's so many scammers out there posing as something legit. So I never answer calls with ID's I don't know. If it's important enough, there will be a message addressing me by name. And still, I wouldn't use that number but look up the number. Then I'd call and say I got this message, asking is it bogus or not.
8pm is too late for me to receive any calls, but esp. this kind of call.
