They called and hung up after 3 rings

Received call on my cell and they hung-up. I called the # back and received an automated message from Julie that I have won $100 gift certificates from various stores. I was given option #1 to call for details or #2 to be put on no call list.

Received a call but no one is there when I answered - hello hello is to no avail. Completely disturbing!!
