Who called from 7028250435

Claimed to be  a digital marketer and search engine optimizer with "several years of experience" but wanted to be contacted at  [email protected] and the phone number didn't return any search results of a real business so it is most likely another SEO scam!

This Jame Dowding guy set up a bot that spams me every day through my contact page on my website.  It advertises his SEO services, with this phone number listed and the email [email protected] . I've emailed multiple times asking the spammer to stop with no response.
