I called back and the person identified the organization as National Police Support List (or something like that.) It appears they are trying to look like a charity or some other social organization. I think they are seeking donations, but I did not waste the time to hear it. I told them to remove our number and they said they would.

Caller sounded like an older lady, said her name was Beatrice and that she was looking for something. I could not understand the rest of her message because she spoke broken English, except to call back if I was interested.
Never leave a message. I have a magicJack so these calls always go to a message and the caller's number shows up in my email. I don't have the ringer on so I never have to hear the multiple calls I get daily.
