Called, left no message. CID says "unassigned"

Same as above, I do not answer calls I do not recognize.  Everyone gets the landline number.  Have an awesome call blocker I got from HSN will block 2000 calls.  Blocked, filed complaint with the ftc as always.  Who would be stupid enough to answer a call that says the above info on it, I do not know.....

Waste Management left a voicemail concerning the poor weather, and that trash service would do their best on pick up day...

Got a call from this Number,  came up on Caller ID as,  LOGANDALE Nevada, ,  automated message called just to remind us about service for the 4th of July weekend,  Never new Waste Management is actually Located in Logandale,  and the this is the first time I have ever heard of this Location,  which is way Down almost down Las VEgas......
