Repeated text messages with the same message multiple times in a row even after I responded that the item had sold.

Asked if my car was still available, and then cal me.  I responded that it was still available, and no response.

Got a text message from this number in response to car ad I placed. Searched the number, it's from Nevada and I'm in Ontario Canada. Also read the notes above - looks dubious!

Initially sent me a text that look like a buyer interested in my car on craigslist. Call the number back and it turns out to be some organization who wants to sell it for me. Told them to [***] off.

I got a phone call from this number as well. They just want to try and sell for you or talk about financing. I said no and they are texting me now. I told them to go away and they are still texting me. It must be computer generated.
