Who called from 7028998022

Just wondering if anyone else is getting calls from someone you called but no one answers. ie I call my brother and a while later I get a call from what looks like him but no one is there when I amswer?

Calls all day trying to sell health insurance. When you tell them no and to stop calling they don't listen and continue to call!

Called and stated that I requested a quote for affordable house insurance.  I told I did not and requested that they take me off their list and I was hung up on.
