It's a insurance scam

Rec'd phone call on my cell.  Didn't answer and no message was left.

Rec'd 5 calls on my cell from CVG Dpt ,  did not answer

They called me 4 times at 2 am. I called back and it said my number couldn't be reached by dialing. [***].
