Fake legal services saying I am about to be served. Told me to call 1 855.394.8486 for more info and how to resolve. They gave me a docket number too...
Call came up Wells Fargo Bank told me also I was going to be sued they had papers wanted to meet with me. I told her I don't need anything from them. They hung up the phone. Call back disconnected don't fall for it
I got a message from this same number, she claimed she needed to meet me to serve me papers and I asked her what about and she told to call 855-394-8486 and I called that number, they told me I owed money from 2005 and that there was a statue of limitation for 15 years. which seemed wrong, She wanted money. I was so upset over it and the threats to take me to court. I kept saying that was not my debt and she said if I didn't take care of it by Friday they would take me to court.
