Who knows without giving more information about your call if your caller is someone legitimate or some scammer who spoofed this number.
Considering EVERYONE else is saying its a Grant Scam, I would say if your call was also someone claiming a free grant, then yes, its a scam call. If you don't know, then ignore it and block the number.
