Who called from 7031115880

'111' looked fishy to me.  No message left.  After seeing other comments,I added (703) 111-5880 to my block list.

When I picked up the phone and said "Hello" twice, no one spoke.  Dead silence.   I blocked the #.

calls me day and nite  No one on the line.  Caller Id unknown

No one answer when I picked up. Plus I know when I saw the 111 I something was fishy.

Something  here no answer or message. Scam.
