Called at 11:17 PM. ID said Caller not Found. Needless to say I did not pick up nor did they leave a message. Maybe calling so late to wake people up and startle them into answering or to consider it an emergency. Blocked now.

Caller with heavy accent indicated that he was from the Windows Operating System and that my computer was sending out signals. He said that he would tell me how to fix it. I told him that I had read about this scam in the newspaper. He said that it was not a scam. Then I hung up. I read that it is an attempt to take over your system and obtain credit card and bank information. Call came in on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm.
