Caller states that he is required to contact everyone with a VA loan to insure their mortgage loan is below 4%.  This is a way bogus claim as there is no such requirement by either the VA or any other government entity that VA mortgage holders have any particular rate.  He is simply a scam artist who is using publicly available mortgage information in order to sell new loans.  Caller never identified either his company or himself.
