Guys in India calling from a rotation of spoofed phone numbers pretending to be Canadian that want to sell you counterfeit drugs. What could possibly go wrong? Block this number.
Received a call from 703-229-6225 on 7/21/2016 at 11:30am EDT. Caller ID displayed "Trotter Shari".
Google Voice already has this number on their spam list so my phone only rang once and the caller was automatically sent to voice mail. A 15 second message with only call-center background noise was left.
Based on the comments posted it appears that this is yet another number being used by the "Canadian Pharmacy" scam. I have been receiving calls from this scam since 2009 and have currently blocked 73 different numbers related to it.
I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the same number calls again the caller will received the not-in-service recording.
