I returned this call & the person answered with no company name just a thank you for calling back is this XXXX. When I answered they tried to sell me auto - renters or life insurance

This number randomly called me, I did not answer

Received a call from this number at 9:45AM on 1/12/2015.  No one on the other end.  Said hello twice, waited another 5 seconds and hung up.

This is a scammer. They obtain information about the vehicles registered at your address and try to ask you questions about your insurance and/or warranty on the vehicle. When asked where they are calling from, they promptly hang up. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Have received several calls from this number but no one leaves voicemail message. Just answered it for the first time and no one was there, so I hung up. Have now blocked the number after reading these posts. Thanks!
