Said that my warranty for my car was past due and asked if I had received their mail. Didn't mention a company and, when asked, abandoned trying to get more information.
Possible attempt at getting personal information or steal your identity BEWARE!
This was a call asking if I wanted to renew my car warranty that had supposedly expired. This person called me by name and listed a vehicle I used to have by the year, make, and model. I had only given the phone number this person called to Brown's Nissan in Fairfax and I would have to assume that Brown's either sold them my information or that this company is affiliated with them. There was no mention of the company's name and it was certainly shady.
