Cold call from Realtor asking if I wanted to sell my house ... I'm not and never had dealings with this company ... if I do decide to sell my house in the future guess who I won't ask to represent me, ha!
I received a cold call from Mike Putnam as well. Obviously this is another "sell your house so we can flip" it routines. I normally receive post cards with the same pitch.
Got called two days in a row from Mike Putnam asking me if I wanted to sell my other home. I'm on the Do Not Call list. This realtor has no respect. DON'T do business with someone like this. He should spend a buck and send out a postcard or letter, but should NOT be cold calling people like that.
