Let me preface my reply by saying the reason I think this is spam is because they called and when I answered, they hung up immediately. A few seconds later, I got a 14 second empty voicemail.
Spam is something that is undesirable, which I'm sure you would agree with if it wasn't your time that was stolen by any other political robo-call that you weren't delighted to listen to. The Constitution is for EVERYONE, not just one political party. What I object to is the weakness of any argument that is delivered via an interruption in my busy day. Only a small minded people can be swayed so easily by a commercial, a postcard, billboard or a robo-call. I wish the Constitution made it a firm obligation to vote, rather than leaving it up to only those who can afford the time to stand in a line. Better yet, if you want to vote, you should have to take a civics examination. The linguistic challenges alone should ensure that the knuckleheads cannot cast a vote.
