Who called from 7032914225

Caller ID simply displays, "Triangle VA."   No message.

called the landline, caller id said TRIANGLE VA

Called landline three times today, each time recorded voice said wait please before human came on, not realizing getting VM. No message. So annoying.

Caller ID is just the numbers run together, "7032914225".  The default form is (xxx) xxx-xxxx.  So they attempted to look vanilla, but have failed.  They leave no message.

I called the number back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  Their message is, "Thank you for calling.  If you would like to have your name removed from the call back list, please, press 1.  Please, allow 48 hours for the change to take effect.  Thank you."  (I never do this as it can actually make things worse)  Message repeats then I hear "Goodbye".  So they spoof their caller ID, leave no message, and don't identify themselves on their caller ID.  Smells like a SCAM.

I have heard this message with other numbers.  It has mostly been associated with credit card rate reduction scams.  It has also been associated with energy rate reduction scams, and back brace scams.  The common theme here is SCAM.

Caller says they are calling from Medicare Assistance;  they have called before and there is no message previously!
