I have been getting phone calls and emails from them for months. He tries to tell me that I reached out to him for information. I never did. Then they tried telling me that I said I was going to send a logo over, LIE! I have asked them several times to take me off of their list because the embroidery house we use does the digitizing. No use - they don't stop. Being nice doesn't work. Getting angry doesn't work. I guess they think if they harass me enough I will just cave in. They are a complete nightmare. I keep blocking the email addresses but every week it is a different address. I am so sick of these people.
USA Digitizers in MN (sounds like a call center in India). They change your artwork/logo into digitized format for embroidery or vector format for screen or pad printing. They probably do a good job, but the problem is that if you let them engage you in conversation for more than half a minute they will call you repeatedly asking for work. The caller somehow does not understand that you do not need their services - borderline harrassment. I have had to block their other numbers: 703-349-2018 and 703-349-1286 for over-calling. Think carefully before giving them your email address or replying to their emails if they already have it. You will get many calls/emails and will most likely become very annoyed, too.
We have been subjected to the same manner of repeated calls. A couple of times, the rep got rather hostile. He said that I asked them to call us. I do not recall asking anyone to call us as we do not appreciate getting calls in general. Apparently I must have shown an interest in their services at a trade show. I do not know this and am guessing. The rep was hostile when I had answered the call stating that since I had shown an interest, it was incumbent upon us to order with them.
Constants calls, I tell them I am not interested in the services, tell them to take me off their list and have also told them that if I get any more calls I will speak to my lawyer because of the harassment. The guy that called said his name is "Robert" but I do not care to even hear what they have to offer. Rude, Annoying, and very unprofessional. Also reminded him that my number is registered on the DO NOT CALL list... The number that called me today was 1-703-349-2018.
I have asked these people to stop emailing & calling me 100's of times for years. They just won't leave me alone! It's harassment!

I have repeatedly told them to i do not need their services i have someone already and to stop calling i even boldly told them to stop calling and wrote them an email stating to stop they lost all hope of my business if i were ever to give them that because of the harassment and headache they have caused me. been going on for a year they still do not stop i have had him say his name is Sam but i get emails with different names i have blocked them they still do not get the hint.
