There was pause after I answered the call and the caller sounded like they were calling from a radio phone or some sort of switching device. Probably from another country. The caller asked if I wanted to go back to school and when I said no and asked where he got my number, he said that they had a referral to call me. The only way I'm thinking they got my number was that I recently put my resume and contact info out there on job search sites such as indeed.com and beyond.com.
They must pay to access people's profiles on these sites as if they were an employer.

I got a call from this number...no message left (as I was away from my desk at the time and didn't pick up the call). I plan on blocking them on my cell phone and reporting it to Indeed.com and other job search sites as I think this is as a result of the same thing that happened to Allison. Location was listed as Aldie, VA when I did a Reverse Look-Up search and was linked to AM PM Locksmith in Chantilly, VA.
Called looking for a "Jim Bulb" and said they were JUST talking to them a minute ago. This is a corporate office for a large company in the area and there is absolutely no one here by that name and she wouldn't let up that she was "just" speaking to him.
