Recorded voice mail and text sent from the "IRS" stating I had committed fraud against the government and must return their call immediately. How do I go about reporting them?

Called and left a VM that Im screwing the government with tax fraud.  I want to find you lazy pricks

This number called me and left a VM and I am extremely grateful there are sights like this to route out BS. Thanks everyone
