I get calls from several different 703-382-6450 or 6445 or 6415 or 6429, 6447, 6416, 6449, 6410, 6446, 6430, 6455 numbers every day. See a pattern here? I won't answer because I am willing to bet that it's either a robo call, or someone trying to get my info or sell me something.

I get 2-3 calls a day from 703-382-6416 - between 9 am and 8 pm - always - a youngish-sounding male voice with a first name and a statement asking if I grant permission to record the call. Usually, if there is more than a 4-second pause between picking up and voice contact - I hang up. If I'm curious - I wait for the statement - then hang up. I do not talk - only saying "Hello?" when I pick up the phone (land line).
