I answered this phone call on my landline. Caller ID said Ariel Rivas 703-430-7031 and because my phone number starts with 703-430-xxxx I thought it could be a neighbor. Well, it's a recorded voice saying I won a 4 day / 3 night cruise and a stay at a hotel  in Orlando. When I stayed on the line to request my phone number be placed on their Do Not Call list, the young voice said "but you opted in" so I said, "well I'm not interested in Florida" and she hung up on me. Such dysfunctional human behavior. Have mercy Lord.
