Scammer... They left a voice message, clearly reading a script. The caller had marginal English skills, spoke in truncated sentences and had numerous mispronunciations. Msg content was that the IRS has a pending lawsuit and to "callback before my situation gets any worse" Still chuckling at the ineptitude, but caveat emptor everyone.
A caller with a thick accent said this was an automated call - IRS is suing us - if we didn't call back as soon as we received the message that it would result in further legal problems. And they walk amongst us!
