Got a call from this number with an interesting CID, FEMA.  Probably stands for Fraudulent Emerging Menace Agency.  But the number is already in my call blocker, so they didn't get through.  This number is close to several other nuisance calls we get, so is probably spoofed and related.  They obviously want to steal something from me, but had no luck with this trick.  I am sure they will keep trying.
