This is just another robo-caller on a tie-line, using several numbers in the (703) 454-0xxx exchange. This part of a circle-jerk gang offering a variety of scams and frauds. Do not answer them. Get a call blocker.

call begins with a low volume recording speaking fast
"I'm calling from a recorded line can you here me ok?"
A response of "yes" prompts the recording to continue with a cruise offer or something.

Calls incessantly using different numbers, but showing Alexandria, Va. A message is never left. These calls are so annoying; just added to block list.

This just another spoofed number among some 30 employed by the Northern Virginia criminal robo-calling ring. Blocked.
