Called my cellphone today. Have also received calls from 703-454-0989 and many other 703 numbers. Jokes on them, I only allow contacts and whitelist numbers to ring through. These people need some serious physical adjustments made to them.
Frequent caller, one of several numbers in an extensive (703) circle jerk, all robo-calling on tie-lines. Blocked months ago, but they persist in calling several times daily. Maybe they are learning challenged, but they offer a variety of scams and frauds.
