Caller said " we have received a legal petition notice in your name regarding tax fraud", this was left as a message on my cellphone.
Caller had a Philippine Accent as close as I could tell, I've known a few Philipino's in my time and it was the accent not the pronunciation that makes me think this.
I saved the number and voice message on my phone so my buddies can have a laugh.
