I got a call from this number, which notified me of an issue with my UPS account with an IEEE member discount. I was instructed to call a number that belongs to UPS, and sure enough, UPS has cancelled my account due to some issues. I was able to resolve the issue and now my account is active again.
I got a call from 703-461-8195. No voice message was left; however, after reading online who may have called me, I realized that it is perhaps a call from Florida Bar since they have an agreement with FEDEX for lower prices or something like that (recently got a brochure about this).

They have called me twice saying "Meridian" with no other info (please call us back at your earliest convenience). I suspect it's a bill collector if it's associated with UPS because they keep trying to tell me I have an overdue invoice with them, that apparently went into collections not long ago.
