They called mt cell saying that they are the IRS.

They called my cell saying that they were the IRS.

This number called my cell phone and left an automated message threatening legal prosecution if I don't return the call.  The first half of the message was cut off.

Scam. They called threatening prosecution. Some God damn office in India or Nigeria pretending to be the IRS most likely.
