scam called and they hung up and took forever to answer, they sound foreign like Indian ? They answered IRS and then hing up, I called back and they are not answering.

Yes I received on message recorder 2 messages stating they, IRS, sent two registered mailings, etc.and I would be penalized and fined found in contempt. I called 3 times they answered and hung up twice when I asked their name and employee ID #. It is the scam I have been hearing about. Do not answere or provide information.
