The caller has a indian accent, said was calling from NY and called from'' security departement of your computer compagny''!! I have a personnally mounted PC. I tell them to call me later but with a french speaking person so i can understand better!! They called twice!
Experienced the same BS as Gramma Mary above. Barely understandable, thick Indian accent. Became very perturbed with me when I wouldn't turn on my PC. I also said "huh" so many times that he probably thought I was a dolt or a fool. Finally laughed at him, said "I don't think so..." and hung up. You know if more people would try to make an honest living, instead of stealing anything not nailed to the floor, I'd be happier. That garbage makes me sick!
Same guy as described below; Indian or Pakistani. He said he was from Windows and our computer had sent warning signs to the company! I simply responded by asking, "Who is this?" He then just gave out a big sigh and hung up. If he was really from Windows he wouldn't have hung up like that!
