Caller ID shows: "BALAKKARI, N ".Speaker is female and speaks with east indian accent very rapidly. Can only understand a few words, perhaps she is leaving a message that she has repeated many times. Also sounds like she is repeating words because it doesn't seem to reflect meaningful sentences. Don't think I will call back.
