they call and dont say anything and dont leave a message

They are calling regarding national leadership nomination my son was entered for.  They left a message this morning.  However sounds like they are a call center that calls out for this company because they lady didn't seem to know what she was trying say.

No message. Probably a reminder to enroll. I called back and verified the number.

I got the call while i was busy, they never left a message
