Robocall that leaves recorded message about lowering credit card interest rates. These are scams to get your account number info. I got an almost identical message from another phone number just a couple days ago. Could be the same characters. Block the number

I didn't pick up. I blocked the caller.

I just answered the phone and heard they were going to lower my credit card interest rates. No company name.... Soooo, I waited til the guy picked up the line, and asked him what company he worked for. He said Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc. I told him [***], and he hung up.
