I too, continue to receive calls from this number (703-649-2711) from VO3021140520 found in my caller i.d. name section, and when phone is answered, no one is there. I now won't answer these annoying calls and let the phone ring into voice mail, and they hang up and won't leave message. Pretty darn irritating when calls come in on Saturday evenings and 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. Have received about 7-10 calls and have begun to save numbers on caller i.d. for time and day verification if needed.
The other number used is 630-780-1135 from VO3021140520 which is found in my caller i.d. name section, the same i.d. used at 703 number, so this person has another telephone he uses.
Another number used is 949-767-9103 from VO2241318140 which is found in my caller i.d. name section, DIFFERENT from the first two.
