It's IC Systems, a debt collection agency who call from multiple numbers. They don't even care if you're not the person they're looking for. Very rude bunch of pestering morons.
These people keep calling--bright and early in the morning, of course--for some guy I've never heard of. Other debt collectors are calling my number for this guy, too. I've called them all back and explained that I don't know this person, and that I have had this (unlisted) number for over 10 years. They all tell me they are so sorry, and they will remove my number from their database immediately. Then, a couple of hours later, THEY CALL BACK. I'm sick and tired of this crap.
