This is a complete SCAM. I finally got fed up with them calling and listening to the bogus message like Beki said. I called the REAL Zoobooks. They stated this number is NOT affillitated with them in any way, shape or form. Just waiting until the day these [***] call when I'm home.
Calls everyday.No message.Caller id says "zoobooks". If you call back you get the following message."Thank you for calling.We are closed.Please call back during normal business hours,Mon - Frid 8 to 5". Does not matter that I returned the call right after they called me and they were apparently "closed". You can never get anyone to answer this number.Probably a scam. Idiots.
Good to know. I once bought a groupon for this magazine and it was such a nightmare dealing with them that I cancelled and got my money back from groupon. They are so ridiculous. I have at least 2 emails
directly from zoobooks confirming my cancellation (for a subscription I never actually activated; that their website said couldn't be processed; customer service by phone didn't even know about the website OR groupon!) and they continue to send bills. Interesting to know they are making harassing calls to collect monies never owed to them, based on their own poor business efficiency/systems. I've been getting these calls; hang ups. I just hope it's not effecting my credit. Need to get my report now. It's been a couple years now, too, since this whole thing happened and the calls have just started.

Got a call from a real nice young guy with a southern accent. he asked for biz owner, I asked in reference to? he stated Spring Biz Cell Phone Service Promotion -- Cut your Bill in Half with change to Sprint. Normally I do not take these calls but he was polite and so I asked for details. Problem was longer we talked, it turned out HE IS NOT ACTUALLY A SPRINT REP / HE IS A RESELLER ANYCOMM BASED IN WASHINGTON DC / VIRGINIA area. This is a deal breaker for me, bc if you buy a product from reseller and have a problem, there is ZERO customer service remedy due to you purchased a "deal" from someone other than the company itself. Shame.
I did not try to call the number back to see if I get the message like reported elsewhere on here.
