This number calls our place of business a few times a day and they always hang up when we answer, we have tried to tell them several times not to call but the calls have not stopped.
Get constant harrassment from this IC Systems company and there is no reason to be calling this telephone number. I am composing a cease and desist letter for them and will be reporting to the attorney general also in my state.
IC started calling me on the 3rd of April and they have escalated to 5 times a day. A couple hours ago I faxed to them a Cease and Desist letter. If I receive future calls I will sue them. Their FAX # is 651-204-1220.
Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 806, the collection agency must cease the harassment immediately. If they choose to continue to telephone you are allowed to sue up to $1000. So put the screws to them.
