New "unknown" number. Didn't answer it.  Didn't leave voicemail.

Same as above...CID only said Manassas, VA and, as usual, no message left.  Therefore, not an important call and will be blacklisted by my call blocking device from ever bothering me again.  Wish I had more to report on this number, but apparently it is a relatively new scammer number, so not a lot of comments at this point on what the scam is.  My suggestion, do not answer calls from this number.

A 4 second message was left and it was a cough.

Just answered this call from Manassas VA that responded with 'good bye' (sounded like a recording).  I blocked this number.
